The Renewable Materials Research Center (CRMR) is pleased to invite you to its annual symposium, which will offer you an original and multidisciplinary program under the theme « Braving the climate: reshaping the value chain with panache!».  The event will take place in person on November 29, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in the Gene-H.-Kruger Pavilion (room 2320-2330) at Laval University in Quebec City.
The objective of this symposium is to bring together all CRMR members to exchange and acquire new knowledge on the Centre’s various research themes, as well as to strengthen collaboration and their professional network.
The symposium will feature a poster session presenting student projects, presentations from various college technology transfer centers (Serex, Inovem and Innofibre), and conference and a round table covering a wide range of topics, bringing together expertise from different disciplines in connection with the theme of this event. A detailed program of the event will be announced shortly.
All members (research, technical and administrative staff, faculty, or student community) must register to take part in the event. Students are also invited to participate in a poster session to present their research projects.
Information on the poster competition and how to participate in the session is presented below.
Poster competition:
On this day, a student poster competition will be organized to showcase your various projects. This session is open to all master’s and doctoral students, regardless of whether they are at the beginning, middle, or end of a project. Three prizes will be awarded to the three best posters ($350, $250 and $150).
