About the speaker
Vicky Vaskelis has helped over 800 entrepreneurs and professionals optimize their businesses and manufacturing processes. She is also the owner of 9 businesses operating in different fields: coaching, real estate, administrative support, etc. She has taught at EEB, Concordia University, and Laval University’s Center for Training in Sustainable Development. Vicky is co-president of the RéUTILisONs Virtual Sorting Center. With her team, they have developed an online platform that marks a significant advance in the field of the circular economy for office furniture. It offers a turnkey solution for optimizing the reuse of office furniture and directing it towards recycling rather than landfill. As such, it has witnessed the omissions made in the design and manufacture of this type of furniture, as well as their devastating end-of-life effects.
