Salon de la forêt 2023: the CRMR will have a stand!
March 18-19, 2023, Alphonse-Desjardins Pavillon, Université Laval
The Forestry Science Week Committee and the Faculty of Forestry, Geography, and Geomatics are pleased to invite you to the 44th edition of the Salon de la forêt, whose theme is “Back to the Stumps”! This event is intended for people of all ages and will bring together a number of players from different fields related to forestry. Sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas will be at the heart of the event while making visitors aware of Quebec’s forests’ different resources, functions, and uses.
This year’s edition is back with its successful activities, including a photo contest, forestry games, conferences of all kinds, student booths, a youth section, a wooden bridge contest, various conferences, and many other surprises. All the conditions will be met to transmit our passion for the forest (and the material wood!) to visitors. All that’s missing is your participation so that the Show can offer this diversity of activities again! We look forward to seeing you at the Alphonse-Desjardins Pavilion on March 18 and 19 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Admission is FREE FOR ALL and parking is also available.

The Salon de la forêt is the place to learn more about the forest’s many facets and celebrate its many uses.
During this event, several members of the CRMR will also give conferences and will be enthusiastic to answer your many questions!
