International Day of Women and Girls in Science!

On February 11, we celebrate women’s access to and participation in science. It is an opportunity to highlight their essential contributions and inspire young girls to pursue careers in science.
 At the CRMR, this excellence is reflected through several achievements marking the 2025–2026 year:

  • Rebecca Holbach, winner of the Bürgerdienst Lepper e.V. 2025 competition
  • Laura Chrétien, 3rd place in the national finals of My Thesis in 180 Seconds 2025, organized by Acfas, and winner of the Best Francophone Presentation Award at the Three Minute Thesis competition of the FFGG
  • Alex Mary, recipient of the Cecobois 2025 Excellence Award
  • Lucie Dehon, winner of the Best Anglophone Presentation Award at the Ma thèse en 180 secondes competition of the FFGG.
  • Monica Gagnier, recipient of the Audience Choice Award at the FFGG faculty-level Three Minute Thesis competition
  • Claudie-Maude Canuel, recognized on the Dean’s Honour Roll of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
  • Lucie Dehon, for receiving the prestigious ASMAC – Adhesives and Coatings scholarship
  • Manon Mestre, for receiving the Mitacs Globalink Research Award 2026
  • Salsabil Hadhri, for receiving an FRQ 2025 internship scholarship
  • Tiam Mahmoudian and Flore Simon, recipients of the FPInnovations Fund scholarships 2025
