CRMR’s winter 2025 baking contest!

The PHQ committee is pleased to invite you to the new edition of its baking contest on Monday, March 24, 2025, in the Gilbert Tardif room at Kruger (GHK-2320-2330), from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

This event is open to everyone, whether you are a professor, student, technician, etc. Everyone is welcome to present their creations and delight their colleagues’ taste buds!

 🍰To participate, it’s as simple as it can be! 🥧Here is a link to register!

You just need to choose a recipe (sweet and savory creations are welcome this year) on the theme of “vegan pastries”, and bring your creation on the specified date and time. Please note: animal-based products such as butter, cow’s milk, or eggs must be excluded.

All the preparations will then be available for tasting during the final vote for the best CRMR dessert. This year, three categories will be featured! If you cannot bring your own creation, you can still join the tasting!

IMPORTANT: Due to the cost of ingredients, we encourage tasters to consider leaving a tip. The collected sum will be shared among the pastry chefs. All contributions are voluntary. 😊
