CRMR Baking Contest – Winter 2026 Edition!

On March 9, 2026, the PHQ Committee hosted a new edition of its baking contest on the theme «  Finger Food / Bite-Sized Treats ». Students, researchers, and staff competed with creativity to craft sweet and savory bites that were as delicious as they were visually stunning. Each creation was a true delight for the eyes and the taste buds! 😋

We warmly thank everyone who participated in the tasting and voting: your presence and enthusiasm helped make this event a success.

Congratulations to the winners, who stood out for their exceptional talent:

  • Mario Israel Sanchez Mercado – Taste Award: for a delightfully refined recipe that delighted every palate.

  • Simon Pépin – Presentation Award: for an elegant creation, as beautiful as it was delicious.

  • Farzaneh Masoodian – Originality Award: for a bold and inventive approach, full of surprises and creativity.

Beyond the competition, this event was a moment of sharing, conviviality, and creativity, reflecting our values of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
