On March 17, the 2025 edition of the « Three minute thesis » faculty competition was held in the cafeteria of the Pavillon l’Abitibi-Price. We would like to congratulate the 3 candidates in the French-speaking section as well as the 3 candidates in the English-speaking section for their participation in this challenge, which requires a great deal of courage and preparation!
Here are the two major finalists of the evening who will represent the of Faculty of Forestry, Geography and Geomatics (FFGG) at the institutional competitions on March 25th at noon (competitions you can attend in person at the Hydro-Québec amphitheater, room 2530 of the Alphonse-Desjardins Pavilion, or follow via live broadcast on the FESP YouTube channel):
The Public’s Favorite Award was presented to Monica Gagnier (White pine plantation: vegetation competition management), and she also wins a prize of $180 (CEF prize).
