Autumn 2025 Welcome Coffee: A Moment for Connection and Inspiration!
On September 30, 2025, the CRMR kicked off the fall session with its traditional Welcome Coffee. Far more than just an event, this annual gathering is a special occasion to build connections, share our projects, and celebrate together the dynamism and vitality of the Centre.
With 75 participants in attendance, we had the pleasure of welcoming 17 new members, bringing freshness, diversity, and energy to our team: 4 research professionals, 9 master’s and doctoral students, 3 postdoctoral fellows, and 1 research intern. Their diverse expertise and backgrounds enrich the vitality of the CRMR, helping to create an inspiring environment conducive to innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and scientific excellence.
Beyond presentations, this Welcome Coffee offered an opportunity to share the highlights of the session: specialized training, expert lectures, scholarship competitions, and social events; all opportunities to encourage informal exchanges and strengthen cohesion among members.
The day concluded with a friendly barbecue organized by the PHQ committee. Between lively conversations, smiles, and moments of sharing, this gathering helped forge lasting connections and strengthen the sense of belonging to the CRMR.
