Advanced Literature Search Workshop Series. – winter 2024
This is an invitation to take part in a series of workshops on advanced literature searching, aimed at graduate students and members of research groups in science and engineering.
Are you a new graduate student? Do you have a research project and don’t know how to start? Are you a research professional at Laval University and would like to develop your methods for finding information more effectively?
This training course, presented in three complementary workshops, will help you :
- Structure your documentary research using proven methods.
- Search for information in the best special databases in your field.
- Access documents that are beyond the reach of traditional research methods, to achieve comprehensiveness.
