Chemical risks in laboratories pose a major issue in occupational health and safety. Improper handling, insufficient labelling, or a lack of knowledge of chemical properties can lead to significant consequences for both user health and facility integrity.
This presentation provides the fundamentals and tools needed to develop safe laboratory practices. It will cover topics such as basic laboratory rules, safety equipment, and emergency procedures.
