Members of Université Laval’s research community (faculty members, professional staff, students, and administrative staff) are invited to take part in an informal coffee discussion to meet others and help foster a more welcoming laboratory culture. The theme of this gathering will focus on the integration of new members into research teams, the challenges this may involve, and best practices to adopt.
A peer support responder will be present to ensure the psychological safety of all participants.
Join us on January 19, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., in room GHK 2320–2330, Kruger Pavilion.
