Great times at the Winter 2024 CRMR coffee shop!
On February 6, 2024, the Renewable Materials Research Centre (CRMR) held its welcome coffee for the winter 2024 session! It was an excellent opportunity to introduce and get to know the 35 new members joining the team, including 29 master’s and doctoral students, 3 postdoctoral fellows, a CIRCERB coordinator, and 2 research professionals. Their arrival represents an enrichment of expertise and perspectives within the center and a strengthening of the collective dynamism of the CRMR, fostering an environment conducive to collaboration, innovation, and cutting-edge research on renewable materials.
The coffee was also an opportunity to discuss activities planned for the session, such as training courses, conferences, scholarships, and social events to strengthen ties within our team.
The coffee was followed by an activity organized by the HQP committee: maple taffy tasting on the snow! A winter tradition that created memorable memories for the newcomers and strengthened the sense of belonging to the community!
